We no longer charge a fee for just turning up, this is known as a call out charge, We have taken the decision to waiver this charge in these uncertain times, We only charge if we can complete the job we were booked to do.

We don't charge to quotes done over the phone or email, we ask you provide us with photos and we can work out a quote that way, with the cost of fuel and time being so high we try to avoid visits to quote small jobs that can be easily quoted on the phone or email. We do charge for larger quotes that require a visit, the cost for this is £80.00

We are based in Newbury and have fully employed plumbing and heating engineers all PAYEE and covered under our insurance and guarantees based in Newbury, Reading and surrounding areas. We never subcontract our work and never use casual engineers.
